- [ ] Free Bern city transportation card. Booked through booking.com and didn’t know needed to enter all the guest names for bern pass activation. It was easily resolved but to save time, sure all names are entered into the system upon booking.
- [ ] Central - take number 9 tram from central station and alight three stops to kursaal. The hotel will just be across. Zytglogge and old town only one bus stop away. There’s also a grocery called Aldi at the bus stop.
- [ ] Staff were very courteous. I broke my snowglobe and asked for a vacuum of the room at night. Special thanks to “Hyatt” (not sure if I heard it right)
- [ ] Spacious
- [ ] Free refillable drinks - still water, sparkling water, beer and apple juice
- [ ] There’s a small balcony.

The receptionist was very helpful. We arrived around 7 pm and have limited time to visit Bern. Because of the receptionist efficient and detailed introduction, we spent more than 2 hours to visit Bern downtown, enjoyed the food and watched the sunset in downtown. And also spent the morning of next day to tour in Einstein house. The location of the hotel is also very convenient to go to downtown. The free parking and breakfast are very nice. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Overall, we had a very good experience in Bern. Would love to visit again and recommend this hotel to friends.
