Staff super helpful and friendly (and multilingual - quite impressive). Great were also the long availability of staff at reception. The place is modern and very nicely furnished. Bus stop, Aldi, gym right outside / next door. Very nice to get complimentary gym access (large, well equipped gym, even a few mountains visible from the rooftop). We had a great time, all in all 10/10.

everything was perfect. Bed was so comfortable and huge, room and was so clean. location was far only 7-8 minutes by bus. They gave me a ticket for free transportation. Also there was so much stuff in kitchen I was shocked about that. Thanks for everything again

My family and I we had a lovely stay at the hotel, the facilities are really nice, we especially appreciated the lovely garden/patio, a very pleasant space to enjoy the nice weather and have a cup of coffee. The hotel is not that close to the Old Town, in our case since it was rather hot and we were with senior people we uber there, easy and not too expensive, but you can easily walk since is not more than 20 minutes away. Breakfast was OK, not too many options in terms of hot food but it does.the job. Nothing really to complain about La Pergola, we would come back for sure!

I Just Loved it. Starting from the location which is very close to city center and at the same time away from traffic, crowded places. You can reach the hostel easily by using the Cable Car (Bern Marzili). The Hostel is located in a very Green Area and next to Aare River and the small park next to it where you can enjoy picnic there, setting next to river or even swimming. The Hostel is brand new and has nice interior design and decoration. The Room was spacious enough to put your luggage although you can have also a locker inside the room if you want to put small luggage or personal items. The toilets were always available and clean and same for the showers. The Breakfast was good with a lot of variety, and I have booked also a dinner there and it was really good as quality, taste and price. The Wi-Fi signal was really good. The bed was comfortable for me. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they gave me a lot of recommendations. And remember to check your email and activate the guest card the hostel sends for you because you can use it to access public transportation for free and you have discounts in many places using this guest card. Thank you for making my first stay in Bern Unforgettable.

Very easy check in, great location, easy to park around the building, close to supermarkets, apartment is well equipped with great wifi and is super clean. SUPER quiet neighborhood and building so make sure that you can adapt to that. :) Overall great stay!

I stayed 4nights, It was fantastic and the best location in Bern every place can be reached by walking. Many thanks to the professional staff in the Reception Mr Luca Jancobi who made us so happy by taking care of our car and luggage and even the easy Uber food such as the gent makes you come again and again to the Hotel.
