Les Armures is a truly exceptional hotel in every imaginable way. The location is outstanding, central to everything, and the historical old town in Geneva is magnificent. Truly excellent quality and quiet rooms, beautiful hotel spaces, pristinely kept and maintained with stellar taste and attention to detail to everything. Excellent delectable food and most importantly amazing staff. We want to express our gratitude for the entire wonderful, helpful, knowledgable reception team especially Karine, also Justine and Daria, and the excellent and kind concierge gentlemen especially monsieur Pascal. We also enjoyed the best Swiss cuisine at Restaurant Les Armures located in the hotel. The whole experience was wonderful for us as a family, Les Armures is a true marker of the excellent and warm Swiss hospitality.

Alexis from the reception is EXCEPTIONAL! He went on extra miles to make my friend’s stay comfortable despite of being unable to speak foreign language. Alexis made sure our extra requests like massage (as the hotel does not have in-house spa) and courier pickup as smooth as possible. Wonderful guy!

The apartment was spacious, bright and well equipped. The location was exceptional with an inviting array of eateries steps away and only a 5 minute walk to the waterfront. Having laundry facilities was handy. The one hour harbour cruise with wine and appetizers was incredibly relaxing. Had the best croissants of our lives at Ferdinand’s. I’d unreservedly recommend Fontaine to anyone spending a few days or more in Geneva.
