The location is perfect for exploring the old town of Lausanne in walking distance. The staff are incredibly friendly and amazing. They freely even excitedly offered suggestions for dining and attractions. The room is pretty spatial and clean. Breakfast is great with a diversity of food. Definitely will stay there again. Great location. Near the central train station. Great restaurants in the hotel and around Flon is just up the hill...Lake Geneva is down the hill... exceptional views. Breakfast is good with a variety. The lifts work fast.

The location was perfect! we had the metro station just next to the hotel. Easy to walk to the city. We had the most amazing view of the cathedral and the beautiful sounds of the bells.
