The lake view from the room is amazing. Breakfast was great. The room is big,clean. The house keeper was generous and attentive. I told her that I would like to change the sparkling bottle water to be mineral water. She immediately did it and ask me the room number and said that tomorrow she would place only bottle of mineral water to my room.

really nice hotel where quality is visible. Breakfast was excellent. Very close to the rail station Locarno and with the Ticino Public Transportation card no car needed at all

Amazing clean place with a beautiful restaurant and awesome breakfast. Highly recommend as the hosts were very lovely and welcoming. Would stay here again in the future.

Great welcome. Well located and quiet. Secure parking meant we didn’t have to worry about the car. It was hot so we were apprehensive for the fans in each room. Very clean and had everything we needed. 10 minute walk to the lake and perfect swimming spot.

You are welcomed to this hotel with a smile. It’s really a pleasure to enter the door every time. Also the location is excellent, the rooms very clean and comfortable. We requested a baby cot and it was already installed in the room upon arrival.
