The hotel is in the suburbs near Lucerne, 10 minutes by car from Lucerne lake. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and quiet, suitable for a relaxing holiday. The hotel staff are enthusiastic. One day ,when we returned to the hotel, it was a little past the order time. The hotel staff still provided us with dinner for the guests. Thank you very much.

Plenty of parking spots and the location is beautiful. The staff are also very helpful. The check in/check out system is great too. No staff required so you can enter at night if necessary.

Friendly staff, excellent room conditions. Breakfast included multiple options; great coffee machine, breads, yoghurt, etc. Located 10-15 min bus ride from Central Luzern train station. You can also opt to walk 5-6 minutes to the nearest station (Matttenhof) to travel to other places. We would like to thank the staff for making our memories in Luzern an exceptional one.

We just loved this hotel. A great location on the river front of Luzern and only a few minutes walk from the train station. Warm welcome on arrival and very helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay. Our room was a good size with a comfy bed! Decor and furniture very tasteful and good quality. We booked a room with a river view … and it was spectacular! And very much enjoyed the coffee making machine and gift snacks. Complimentary drinks in the wine bar on arrival was also a nice touch. We will certainly stay here again next time in Luzern!!

Great apartment we have, so spacious, and full equipt with everything just like your own apartment. The location itself near from train station and near many tourist attraction like chapel bridge, lion monument etc. And ofcourse near with groceries, shops and everything you want😄
