You really feel like home here!! Doesn't feel like a hostel with tons of unknown people. The view from your room worth all the money! It's clean and comfortable! I only had one night, but I felt like I would stay forever 😅😅 And definitely, I would live in such place!

Silvia was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, despite being next to railway. Breakfast was lovely. location was good. 5 minutes from city centre by train, which runs every 15 minutes.

Great location. Beautiful surroundings and view. Staff was great. Restaurant onsite is good but pricey. In general on our trip trough Switzerland the dinners were not memorable and cost significantly more than New York City.

Absolutely stunning views, great location near Kriens (where gondolas and cable car to Pilatus leave from), comfortable rooms with lovely views and balcony with chairs and table, free minigolf and playground, free fruit for guests, ample free parking and 2 x 22KW chargers for electric cars. Last but not least, a fabulous and v reasonable Michelin quality fine dining menu in the restaurant (with wine from a vineyard we could see from the terrasse). Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the Luzern region

Very clean room and common parts. Comfortable and very quiet room. Nice and easy communication with host. Towels and toothbrush/paste left on the bed for our convinience (with a swiss chocolate). Easy to find
