It was the most beautiful place I've ever stayed, amazing view, spacious room for the 4 of us, comfort bed, nice bathroom design, we had a nice walk in the morning, fresh air. Definitely we will get back here!

Received a free upgrade to a room with an evening view of the sunset on the mountains. The room was huge! Bed was comfy and held multiple pillows. Robert was very conscientious and remembered our breakfast order every day. Easy transport into Luzern. Would highly recommend staying here.

We just loved this hotel. A great location on the river front of Luzern and only a few minutes walk from the train station. Warm welcome on arrival and very helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay. Our room was a good size with a comfy bed! Decor and furniture very tasteful and good quality. We booked a room with a river view … and it was spectacular! And very much enjoyed the coffee making machine and gift snacks. Complimentary drinks in the wine bar on arrival was also a nice touch. We will certainly stay here again next time in Luzern!!

The service by John and Noah was excellent! The property is away from hustle and bustle of the city centre and is quite. It’s easily accessible by a 10 min bus ride from the hotel and they give you a free bus pass. Excellent location
