Magnificent location with stunning view from the room. The golf course unfolds in front of your balcony and you can see the lake and the mountains. The room was super clean equipped with everything you may need. Very clean room and spacious, the bathtub was the cherry on the cake.

Received a free upgrade to a room with an evening view of the sunset on the mountains. The room was huge! Bed was comfy and held multiple pillows. Robert was very conscientious and remembered our breakfast order every day. Easy transport into Luzern. Would highly recommend staying here.

Our rooms are connecting room with super nice lake view. The spa was too good to be true. There are choices of steam room and saunas, indoor and outdoor pool. We like the outdoor pool in particular, because it is clean and with less people. You can swim under water and ask your family member to take video or photos for you through the Bull"s Eye. Also, there is a floating pool in the spa which you should not missed. All in all, we had a great time in the spa.

A great hotel in a beautiful location with a magical view of the Lake of the Four Cantons. Elegant suite with lake view and beautiful bathroom. Tasty breakfasts and sensational surroundings. Pool, spa area and sauna. Plus the beautiful architecture of the building. Smiling and helpful staff. We stayed longer and would love to return !!!
