I loved everything about it! The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was large as well. I had a lovely view into the garden which was gorgeous. I also had the breakfast and it was delicious with plenty of options. The hotel itself is in a perfect location and I absolutely wish I stayed in Lugano longer just to enjoy this hotel. I spent all morning inside until check out at 11am because it was so comfortable.

Excellent hotel, within (relatively) easy walking distance of the Lugano train station (average 5 min - 3 min down, 7 minutes up). The hotel itself is cozy and "old skool" (you get REAL keys!), the staff is friendly, helpful and efficient, and everything works and is scrupulously clean (it is Switzerland, after all). The breakfast is excellent, as is dinner in the evening.
