Location is excellent just off the promenade by the lake, the apartment has a modern kitchen and everything in general looks brand new. With washing machine and dryer too. Absolutely loved it

I liked the location which is in the centre everything around you shops and restaurants. the room was very clean and tidy. stuff are very helpful. The train from the hotel to main train station only 1 minute walking no need to take taxi. the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. if I come to visit Lugano next time I will book this hotel.

An absolute gem! I stayed here about 7 years ago and it was very nice, but now it is even better and more beautiful than before!! The true grand dame of Lugano is looking better than ever. And all the staff were absolutely wonderful. Can't wait to come back another time soon!!

What a great place to stay! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. There were a few reviews about the steep climb to the hotel but it was absolutely easy and no big deal. Highly recommended!
