The staff was really helpful. They even had a small beautiful surprise for us (birthday card, balloons,toblerone chocolate), because we traveled to Zurich for the 50th birthday of my husband. It was very clean. A large variety of foods in the breakfast buffet. Next to the old city. The photos that was on booking reservation were exactly the same as the reality, so everything fitted to our expectations.

Super clean. Great soundproofing on the windows. Was shocked after coming inside from busy road that it was completely silent.
Tastefully decorated and spacious.
Very comfy bed.
Location good for my work and early morning walk along the river.
Also liked the small gift they left. More practical than wine :)
Well equipped kitchen.
