Krisztina, the staff that welcomed us, is very accommodating. She was by herself when we checked in and there was a miscommunication that happened before we arrived, but she was still so polite and accommodating when we came. She gladly added another bed to accommodate our request.

The residence was very clean and quiet. The check-in/out procedure was easy due to a key lock box. The room was comfortable and the small kitchenette was a great benefit to help manage food/drink expenses! An elevator makes accessing all levels easy for everyone. The residence is located on a bus line with frequent, easy connections to trams and other buses; the train station is accessible as well for a slightly longer walk. We used Zürich as a point of access for day trips by train to many other nearby cities so this property worked great for us! A mall with a great grocery store is easily reached by a short bus ride, too.

Set in a beautiful garden in central Zurich, Hotel Engimatt features a private tennis court and free WiFi access in the rooms.

Everything was fine. The family room had enough space for family of four with 2 teenagers and a dog. Parking in the building. Walking distance to the city center. Umbrellas on demand.

Didn't have private car park space, but the owner guided us on how to get the parking approval. There was no WiFi connection in the apartment. It was supposed to be fixed, but never happened until we checked out.
