Thre check in process was simple and the room was clean. They thought of things like bowls and tea which i thought was standard until we stayed at hotels in other parts of Switzerland and there weren't any when we needed. There was enough closet space and cupboard space in the bathroom. Irons are not standard in Swiss hotels so be sure to bring non-wrinkle clothes. The location was great-- close to grocery and train station. I'm so glad it was our first ever hotel to stay at in Switzerland.

Comfortable bed and comforter really provides comfort. Shower floor is not slippery and cold like other hotels in Europe. Room is really great size for Europe standards. Best hotel we have stayed during this European vacation. Love the artsy design of the room - industrial yet welcoming feel. Mini bar contents are free and water dispenser at the lobby.

Very clean hotel. All stores , restaurants, bars and clubs next door, I went to shop around 3 a.m. it feels like in New York town. Loud street , day and night , but super safe . Inside the room was so quiet. I could enjoy the stay. I would recommend this hotel .

I left one of my luggage, the hotel owner spent extra effort to help me sending it via courier. Super ... I don't expect that I will be able get my left stuff.
Other is the location is in the center of the city, walking distance to the central train station. In front of the hotel is MC Donald, Local burger, Supermarket, etc. For Asian tourists, you can find instant rice, instant noodles and other things in the supermarket down stairs the hotel.
