Location is super near to Zurich HB. It’s about 10mins walk, dragging your luggages around. The hotel room is super clean, elevator for your goods, toilet water heater is regulating well, heater working good. The hotel is located in the old Zurich town, with plentiful of shops, convenience stores and restaurants.

Everything was top notch. - The location is perfect in the heart of old town. - The room (we stayed in a family room) was big, clean and nicely furnished. Enough space for our stuff also in the bathroom. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, both in the reception and the breakfast restaurant. - The common spaces in the first floor were nice and spacious. I could enjoy free coffee while our daughter was playing in the playing room. - The breakfast was very good and we could eat it on the beautiful roof terrace, enjoying views of old town rooftops and terraces. We had a memorable stay and will most likely book this hotel also the next time we're in Zürich. Highly recommended!

Loved the location, we could walk to the places we wanted to see. It was about a 15 minite walk to the train station. Restaurants and shops all around. They provided a pocket wifi device, free of charge, for the duration of our stay. Really appreciated that. Rooms were comfortable, cleaned daily. Staff were always ready to assist when we had questions or concerns.

Easy checkin. Accessible stuff. Very helpful. Quiet. Earplugs were provided but not needed. Excellent location. Went in winter and room was warmed up with enough coffee. Staff assisted with storage at the luggage on check out. Furthermore, I lost my key and staff were very helpful and understanding. Excellent service
