My family and I had a wonderful experience living here for 3 days. The location itself is great since it’s the top of Zurich and same with the hotel but Evan here went an extra mile in helping us provide the most comfortable experience. We will definitely come back here again!

Everything . From the moment we stepped into the hotel to the time we had to say good bye . Staff, room, food, scenery and everything. Most important location of the hotel and value for money. The view was stunning, the staff was super friendly and professional, the facilities, including the rooms and common areas were amazing. We particularly enjoyed the bathroom and its under floor heating, the radio mirror and the many shower nozzles.
