This was a great place to stay. It was immaculately clean, well located for Providencia and Las Condes, very well equipped and as a female solo traveler I felt extremely safe. The staff at reception were brilliant especially as I don’t speak Spanish. They were all helpful and very kind throughout my stay. The Place truly is ‘the place’ to stay in when visiting Santiago.

The hotel has an incredible staff - without exception, everyone was pleasant, helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, assisted and valued. However, a special shout-out goes to each of Gustavo and Patrick at the front door, to Kimberly on the front desk, and to Diego in the Club Room, all of whose services were personally appreciated by us.
This hotel is the perfect place to relax after a long flight to Chile or to wrap up a vacation there. Absolutely the best!

The staff at Reception were friendly, efficient and helpful. Quick check-in and check-out. The Room Service was excellent, thank you. The Pullman is in a great location. Hector very friendly and helpful with bags etc. The Airport transfers arranged through the Pullman were very good - friendly and courteous drivers. Restaurant and bar staff were very good. Food very tasty.
