Great location in Santiago, close to the Sky Costanera tower, Cenco Costanera and within walking distance of the cable car to the Cerro San Cristobal. The rooms are luxurious and clean and ours had a great view of the Sky Costanera tower. The breakfast restaurant had an exceptional view of the whole city. Honestly not sure why this isn’t a 5 star hotel, this is by far the best 4 star hotel I’ve been to.

Ignacio warmly welcomed us at 10:00 in the morning as we had nowhere to go after our long trans-Atlantic flight. We got a cup of coffee and our room was ready in no time. The room was nice and cozy and we could reach all places of interest either by walking or by taking a short taxi ride. What a lovely stay!
