Tidy and secure in a quiet and safe suburb, everthing you needed for a comfotable stay. The staff were great, helpful, cheerful competent. A short walk for coffee bakery and groceries. Bus stops on adjacent roads , 15 minutes to the subway and Cenco Costanera (massive mall) and variety of bars and restaurants.

Everyone was polite and helpful, especially Ignacio, who welcomed me even after my flight changed the hour.
You can choose the breakfast in a range of items and every day they will "delivery" at your room at the time you asked. I felt like I was home, home-made breakfast 😋
The room was very clean, and the bed was very cozy. The location was very safe and calm (silent!) and very near to bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, metro stations, and bus stops.
Communication with Ignacio was very simple and complete - he understood me in Portuguese as I don't speak Spanish enough.
