The apartment was spotless with everything that you needed. The location is amazing, it is in a nice, green and safe area in Santiago; we enjoyed strolling around the neighbourhood and visit some restaurants closed by. It is also easily reached by metro, bus or car; that make it easier to get know other places as well. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Thank you! We will come back for sure!

Great location in Santiago, close to the Sky Costanera tower, Cenco Costanera and within walking distance of the cable car to the Cerro San Cristobal. The rooms are luxurious and clean and ours had a great view of the Sky Costanera tower. The breakfast restaurant had an exceptional view of the whole city. Honestly not sure why this isn’t a 5 star hotel, this is by far the best 4 star hotel I’ve been to.

The location was ideal - in the midst of the lively Barrio Italia. The rooms were small, but beautiful and comfortable and the outdoor patios made them feel much larger and were a lovely respite. The breakfasts were incredible, but what really made this place stand out was the staff. Everyone was friendly and ready to help. We needed assistance with renting bikes, and a few other things and the woman at the front desk (I am so sorry I forgot your name) was always ready to help. Thank you! They packed us up breakfast to go this morning because we had to leave early for the airport. Wonderful place to stay!

The host was super kind, she helped me booking the transfer to the airport and kept my luggage all the day after the check out because I had my flight late in the night. There is a nice common space with sofas and wifi. The breakfast is very good too - coffee, fruit, yogurt, cereals, bread, jam, cheese, ham and scrambled egg made fresh on the moment. I had a wonderful time! The city center (Plaza de Armas) is about 4km away, you can go there with public transports or by walking along the river. It is a very nice promenade.

Ignacio and Carla were a delight. The place was so much more authentic than staying at a conventional hotel. My attic bed was super comfy and cozy, the neighborhood completely safe and with lots of young people about. I walked to Liguria for dinner. It was a perfect ending to my Chilean journey and next time I'll be back with my husband. (Sharing view through my attic skylight. At night, the moon shown through - great!
