The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. the food was great at both restaurants and the breakfast spread was one of the best we have experienced anywhere. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, even at 4am when we arrived and departed. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

1 night @ Pullman hotel and Ofelia restaurant for valentines dinner and a breakfast This was a short stay- after being on the plane and at airports and all the days travels, I just wanted to rest! This hotel was wonderful. Friendly staff, great location, and great rooms. It was Valentine’s Day! The hotel decorated their restaurant and bar “Ofelia” accordingly. Of corse I had no reservations but they were very accommodating and allowed us to join their wonderful evening. The ambiance was romantic, the music was provided by a live singer, The staff were very precise and knowledgeable. It was beautiful. The next day the hotel and bar turn into a lively breakfast that included an omelette bar, yogurt bar, variety of fresh fruits and breads, many finger cakes and a wonderful display of natural honey. Fresh juices and mimosas were also available! My lovely girlfriend and I will be coming back regularly during my stays in Chile. It helped make our vacation start off perfectly.

Everything. It was a lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were a very good size and well laid out. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast, outsourced to the cafe next door, was good.
