Loved the location. In the middle of cerro concepcion, but somehow managed to also be quiet. Alejandra went out of her way to make oir stay as good as it could be. All her recommendations were spot on. Lovely view from the room. Really enjoyable couple of days in Valparaoso

Excelent service provided by the staff - Gloria was really helpful, they have all the itens you need to drink a delicious wine in their amazing terrace with a gorgeous sunset. Delicious breakfast, comfy beed, had a really good night of sleep. And Cerro Concepción / Pasaje Atkison is a great location.

We were very happy to stay there. Very good location, cozy rooms and facilities. You will not often find such welcome and supportive hosts, it really felt what we were visiting some friends or relatives. Highly recommended!!

Contacted by Christian prior to arriving, when issues arose with hot water. He organised a move across the road to an equally lovely apartment. Well furnished, and bathroom renovated and modern. Comfortable beds and great location in Concepcion. Plenty of restaurants nearby and close to Concepcion finicular. Quiet location

We were in the family apartment. The floor creaks, the paintwork is chipped, the windows don't close properly but it has so much character, it's a super stay. The breakfast is excellent, Bread, cheese, waffles, yogurt, fruits, teas and coffee. Staff are excellent. Location is perfect. Large communal kitchen. Many Bus stops within 5 minutes walk.

Chic interiors and panoramic views of Valparaiso Bay can be enjoyed at Boutique 17. Free WiFi access is available.

The location is top. You have a very nice view from the hotel (depending on the room) and it was very clean. The staff is very nice and we could leave or luggage there oven after check out. In addition the breakfast is very good
