Hostel is very clean even at the night time the rest room is still very clean. The breakfast is very good even it is only bread and drink and a small salad. Also staff is very helpful. I will back to stay here gin when I visit Chengdu. :)

Amazing nice place. The staff is top class! So friendly, helpful and correct. We had some odd requests, such as local Chinese treatments, acupuncture. Then a breakfast bag to go at very early departure. Nothing was to difficult for them. The hotel is beautiful and calm. Very good location, the Italian restaurant is great as well. Very pleasant stay! Thank you staff and crew of this pearl. Chengdu was a very positive surprise!

We stay in this hotel for 1 week . It is great in city location close to everything . Hotel is very clean and staff in this hotel is great. My son left his jewellery after check out , the staff LAN LAN , is very kind and helpful. She helped us to find it and also keep it safe for us . We feel like it is a great hotel to stay ! Five stars services for guests! Thank you LAN LAN . We will book this hotel again!

Thanks Leilei 蕾蕾 for the service. The staffs are polite and efficient. You can call food delivery and they will send your food directly to your doorstep. The loft suite provided the washer cum with dryer, facilities are superb. The cleaner is also very considerate and provided me with a glasses cloth.

Very friendly staff! We arrived late at night around 1am and has welcome by a warm smile. Even offered us supper meals on complimentary. The hotel is also about 5 mins walk from the underground train station which is easy to travel.

I cannot recommend Anjia High Altitude Hotel Apartments enough! This has been, without a doubt, the best accommodation experience I've had in Chengdu, primarily thanks to their outstanding customer service and luxurious facilities. From the moment I arrived in the city, the service was impeccable. They arranged for a seamless pickup, ensuring a stress-free start to my trip. The staff are just a call away and speak fluent English, which made communication incredibly easy and efficient throughout my stay. A special thank you goes out to Mr. Dennis, who was exceptionally helpful, as were the other members of the team. Their willingness to assist with everything—including laundry services and providing every amenity needed in the room—truly sets this place apart. As a gesture of hospitality (and perhaps recognizing my Booking.com Level 3 Genius status), I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to one of their smart penthouses. The apartment itself was stunning: modern, luxurious, and fully automated. Controlling the curtains and lights with smart switches felt incredibly futuristic and added a unique, upscale touch to the experience. The value for the price is excellent, and the level of comfort and service provided is unmatched. If you are visiting Chengdu and looking for top-tier accommodation with staff who genuinely care about your comfort, Anjia High Altitude Hotel Apartments is the only choice.
