Luxurious apartment hotel. The whole apartment was huge, maybe too much for the time spent on it due to the different tours and visiting the city. Shane that we did not stay longer than 2 days to enjoy it. If you want to feel at home and with every detail covered, this is your place to go to.

I cannot recommend Anjia High Altitude Hotel Apartments enough! This has been, without a doubt, the best accommodation experience I've had in Chengdu, primarily thanks to their outstanding customer service and luxurious facilities. From the moment I arrived in the city, the service was impeccable. They arranged for a seamless pickup, ensuring a stress-free start to my trip. The staff are just a call away and speak fluent English, which made communication incredibly easy and efficient throughout my stay. A special thank you goes out to Mr. Dennis, who was exceptionally helpful, as were the other members of the team. Their willingness to assist with everything—including laundry services and providing every amenity needed in the room—truly sets this place apart. As a gesture of hospitality (and perhaps recognizing my Booking.com Level 3 Genius status), I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to one of their smart penthouses. The apartment itself was stunning: modern, luxurious, and fully automated. Controlling the curtains and lights with smart switches felt incredibly futuristic and added a unique, upscale touch to the experience. The value for the price is excellent, and the level of comfort and service provided is unmatched. If you are visiting Chengdu and looking for top-tier accommodation with staff who genuinely care about your comfort, Anjia High Altitude Hotel Apartments is the only choice. Location was great, many restaurants cafe at walking distance, close to subway line 4, Chunxilu. View from hotel, I was on 20th floor, 3 lighting building I could see, window can open little to get fresh air. I stayed 2 weeks so free laundry machine, dryer was so helpful. Free laundry services also provided. Hotel gave me Chinese style afternoon ticket at hotel 5th floor. Amenity was also good, liked room shoes, they have mobile battery which you can use your stay. Room cleaning service lady was very nice and kind.

We had a fantastic stay at Temple House. The property is atmospheric and very conveniently located in a vibrant part of Chengdu. The concierge team make the experience very personal, helping to book tickets for attractions and even getting us meal tickets for restaurants so that we didn't need to wait in line. The service and attention to detail set Temple House apart from other high end hotels we stayed at in China. The pool is beautiful and yoga on a Saturday morning in the grounds was an unexpected highlight. We were lucky to get an upgrade to one of the Residences which had a great view and was super spacious. Special shout out to Troy, Dennis, Bolun and Max for looking after us for three nights whilst we celebrated our anniversary. We didn't want to leave! We also had an incredible vegetarian dinner at the Mi Xun Teahouse which made a pleasant change from all the meat we consumed on the trip.
