this was my second time at this great hotel traveling on business to Jinan . amazing staff and clean .very warm welcome and a personal welcome from the general manager who went above and beyond , even arranging contact with sister hotel in Beijing for our onward travel . The staff are very helpful. When we arrived the receptionist quickly came out to help us with our luggage bags. When we left the hotel, the staff helped us carry the luggage bags and put inside the taxi. The hotel is near to the places of interest so it is very convenient to walk around the city. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is nice too.

Lina Li was fantastic. My brother and I became unwell with the flu and weren't able to go out to get dinner one night and we wanted some dinner and didnt know which app to use to order food. Lina ordered us food and she paid for it, although I didnt have an Chinese money on me to pay her back. In the end I had to force some GBP for her. Nothing was a problem for any of the staff. Lina is a credit to your hotel.
