this was my second time at this great hotel traveling on business to Jinan . amazing staff and clean .very warm welcome and a personal welcome from the general manager who went above and beyond , even arranging contact with sister hotel in Beijing for our onward travel . I had an incredible experience at this hotel, truly deserving of a 5-star rating. Housekeeping ensured my room was always clean and comfortable. The reception staff was always available and helpful, day or night. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring. Highly recommend! I will be back!!🙂👍👌
