Staff were Fantastic in particular, (Kenta) and (The Boss) were Amazing people! Thank so much guys. Location near the Metro was Brilliant. "Cafe Yum" would have to be the BEST inhouse Restaurant we have ever had the pleasure of Dinning in. Incredible selection of food and it was...YUM! So checkout "Cafe Yum" before eating outside, you won't be disappointed.

Housed in an elegant white building, Kaiyue Hotel Qingdao used to be a historical Christian church.

The staff were so helpful, from messaging us before we arrived, to talking to our taxi driver to give directions. They were very friendly and all of them spoke at least basic English. The location is also superb, within easy walking distance of the beach/pier and Zhongshan Road, and surrounded by lots of places to eat. Comfortable, clean and warm rooms.

The location was amazing seaside. The hotel was superb clean, amazing services by the staff. The lounge was good and food was amazing.

I stay here every couple weeks or so! The apartments are large, clean, and are in the city center right next to the MixC mall. The owner just opened a booking page but we've been staying with them for awhile. For the price the value is unbeatable and the view is great. Browsing around in the center, these really are some of the best available - even my Chinese colleagues couldn't believe it 😂

Apart from the neatness of the hotel, the staff are super friendly despite the language barrier. A particular guy stood out among them Lorrian, he made me feel at home as he bridge the language barrier and did everything to make me feel comfortable. It was a 5 star experience
