With two kids , we planned to travel using Shanghai’s excellent subway system. The Hotel is about a 5 minutes walk from Shanghai Station, which connects to the major subway lines. What stood out for us was the great room, the excellent breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff. They spent more than half an hour helping us out with the App system to secure bookings, understanding how everything works. Everyone worked with a smile and was very helpful. I don’t normally do this but will name drop some staff names here : Beck, Victoria, Eva, Alan, all in their own way created great memories and an atmosphere that we can’t recommend enough.

The central location, beautiful facilities and massive swimming pool. The SPA is a must-try. Its quite experience but worth every cent. Hui Xu (Zihui) was excellent and made me feeling back home. She was very patient and detailed about my stay. I had a great time because of her professionalism. Fantastic range of New Zealand wine.

I loved this hotel. Rooms are new, and really clean. Bed sheets are perfectly clean. A lot of young people working in hotel, and they are really helpful. First night we arrived late, and we were really hungry, Long helped us to order some food to hotel, and he even helped me to order stroller for my baby, that was really cool. Metro station is 5 min. walk, and if you want to walk to center, it is just half hour.
