The F&B manager made my stay absolutely fabulous. She introduced me to the the world of the hot pot and showed me the entire restaurant and the vast choice on offer of the buffet dinner. Such a lovely person and a perfect English speaker.

As other reviews have mentioned, the location of this hotel is incredibly convenient—it’s situated directly above Jingtian Station on Line 2, making it perfect for getting around the city with ease. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant decor and an inviting atmosphere. The linens were luxuriously soft and high quality, making for a very comfortable stay. One unexpected highlight: the shampoo smelled amazing—just like pineapple gummy bears! Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.
