I like everything, It's really close to Dum and Bell tower, and really easy to come hostel with an airport bus. The hostel is new, clean,and provides drinking water. A really comfortable bed with curtains ,so you have a personal space. Good isolation,you don't hear any noise from outside in the room.

Bell tower is just opposite. Around hotel have many food to choice from. Customer service is excellent! Help us with many things even out of their normal scope which my family appreciate very much. Just book from hotel seems cheaper though.

The hotel is in the centre of Xi'An and has a Grand Hotel feeling which is a nice break from the more standard hotels.
Staff is very helpful and attentive. Rooms are very nice and of good size. Breakfast is great and the club on the 7th floor is a great place for an evening tea or drink.

Everything was literally perfect! Location, hygienic condition, staffs everything.. i would recommend this place to everyone, if they travel to xian city.
Especially Max, that staff was super supportive and helpful all the time. I really had an amazing experience in this place.

Everything was spot on and absolutely as it should have been for a high end hotel.
The staff were friendly and helpful and Andy in the lobby spoke perfect English and gave me his WhatsApp number so he could help me when I was outside in the city.
Got an upgraded room which was magnificent.
Breakfast was an absolute feast.
This was far and away the best hotel I stayed in during my 2 weeks in China
