This is extremely amazing hotel with nice facilities, super comfortable rooms, free laundry service and generally amazing service. Joanna, front desk manager, contacted us in advance on WhatsApp, suggested us on our plans and booked all the tickets for us- such a great help! Awsome people, awsome place. I highly recommend a stay in this hotel. I arrived in the low season and I was the only one booking a hostel dorm that time. After arrival my room was upgraded to a deluxe double bed room. Not only that, the friendly, kind and welcoming spirit of the staff was such a pleasure. They helped my with all my travel needs and shared delicious food. I am looking forward to stay there again once I am back.

All the staff at the hotel were absolutely lovely. Extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious with beautiful mountain views. The dinner in the hotel was very tasty too. The location is very easy to get to the National Park entrance and it's relatively easy to get taxis to the other sites.

Starting with the point of contact in WeChat - the lady was very helpful, as she knew English and also arranged transport from Zhangjiajie West to the hotel 10 hours before our arrival. After arriving at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the room - clean sheets, comfy mattresses. They clean your room everyday. The hotel is also 5 min away on foot from the eastern entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park. Mountain View Guesthouse is also located on the main street, surrounded by multiple restaurants, where tourists can eat delicious local food.

This hotel is really lovely and perfect! The beds were super comfortable, they have mattresses that you can warm up. After a cold hiking day this was the best thing.
Rebecca is a very kind person and she helped us with booking the tickets of the park and drove us to the entrance for free (only 5 min).
I would stay here again!!
