The staff here is absolutely wonderful!! 💚 Their genuine hospitality made me feel like home. They also helped me connect with other travellers staying at the hostel, so I ended up spending three amazing days exploring Zhangjiajie with new friends. The atmosphere here is warm, authentic and unforgettable, definitely one of my favourite places in China.

We had SUCH AN AMAZING TIME! The amenities are exactly as they're shown in the pictures AND MORE! The hotel itself is worth exploring (almost like a resort) so definitely book yourself an extra night to relax and enjoy the facilities if possible.
The staff arranged all pick-ups and drop-offs for arriving/leaving and all the sights nearby, it's like you have a private driver! I suggest you also eat at the restaurant there, it's fresher and you can pre-order so it's ready when you get back from the day's activities.
You will probably notice the amount of tea "things" in the hotel. The owner also runs a tea business and one of the staff there is a tea barista (her name is Mao Mao, super helpful and nice) so definitely spend some time to try out and learn about the different Chinese teas, you are in China after all.

Rain was such an amazing host! He help us planned EVERYTHING here in zhangjiajie, ticket entries for national forest park, Grand Canyon and Tianmen mountain!! Also he help us with the pick ups and drop offs at the airport and lifts to all the places!!! The hotel is amazing also! Super comfortable, clean and wonderful views! The place has a special smell of the different types of flowers and nature that covers the hotel! Is amazing 🫶🏻 also we really enjoyed food here! It was very delicious 🙌🏻 we really loved our stay in here and it's been one of our best stays in china so far! Thanks Rain for everything and such care for us 🙌🏻✨also thanks to mango who took us to all the places !!!!
