We enjoyed our stay here very much. The rooms were clean and comfortable, great air con, and there was a delicious breakfast each morning and an even better view of the mountains. Great location, nice quiet area that was a short walk to restaurants and street food market. The staff were exceptional and so helpful to book our national park tickets, give recommendations and provide coffee and icecreams after a long day of exploring! Special shout out to concierge staff Xiao Song and Rock Lee for being so accommodating and friendly.

The guy at the desk is simply unbelievable. He went beyond what you we expect. Though he dod not speak english at all ,he used his translator device and sat down with us to help us get the tickets,plan oue trip to the national park and other requests. He made our sray and visit to the park a lot easier.
Facilities were good.
Breakfast better than other hotels that we stayed in.

Excellent location near the main entrance of the park, the staff are welcoming and helpful with information and assistance in purchasing tickets for the various activities in Zhangjiajie. The night market on the main street is very nice.

very modern and clean room with great toilet facilities. hotel provides a washing machine and drying area. the hotel staff at the counter were also extremely helpful in helping us plan our zhangjiajie itinerary. definitely great value for money and 100% recommend staying here.

Magnificient views to the Valley and mountains, Sunset. Warm and clean pool.
The staff were very accommodating, helping us with all kinds of things: providing vegetarian food, helping buy tickets to and dropping us off at the gate of the natural park, helping us plan the trip.
Especially, we would like to thank the manager Rain who was easy to communicate to, fast in responses and spoke great english.
