The location is great. Just cross the street and you can take the line A to the Tianmen mountains. Nearby there are restaurants and massage places. There is a shopping street about 20 min by walking. And you can take the bus from there to the airport or the railway station. The staff gave me water daily which I like. There is a tv in the room and something to warm the water. The room has curtains to block the light and the street is quiet at night. The hotel is also soundproof so I could sleep very well at night

Annie at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful, even assisting us at 1am after our delayed flight. She patiently helped plan our stay in Zhangjiajie. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend this place!

The service was great! Jenny the host, picked us up at the railwaystation. After bringing us to the hotel she gave us a moment to eat and rest. After rest she helped us book our entire 3-day program. She booked the Zhangjiajie national forest park tickets, taxi, the lift tickets to go up and the same for tianmen mountain. We had nothing to worry about and even with some discount! Thank you so much for everything! It was a great stay.
