This hotel was perfect for our short stay after flying into bogota. It was clean, efficient and friendly and unlike some of the other reviews very quiet .
There is a lovely terrace on top where you can relax and where breakfast is served. The breakfast was amazing as was the food we ordered in the restaurant.
The staff were very professional. We would like to mention Joe who was so lovely . We would totally return to this very nice hotel.

I booked a room here specifically because it had a jacuzzi.....but we found out that it would not be possible to use it due to the current water restrictions. The hotel was very understanding and allowed me to cancel the booking very late without a cancellation fee. This was excellent service.
