I almost don’t want to leave this review and keep this place a secret! One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had; beautiful facilities, modern luxuries, nice staff and the most comfortable bed and shower. I’m obsessed with the decor too, every detail is attended to perfectly.

An amazingly luxurious experience in a beautiful hotel. Staff were exceptional, particularly Felix and his team on the rooftop. Room was super comfortable. Excellent location right in the middle of the old city.

I didn’t want to leave this hotel! It’s one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were brilliant and attentive. Big thanks to Luis! The hotel is clean, designed beautifully and is very quiet. Rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There’s a great cocktail bar and Italian restaurant downstairs. Situated on a quiet street too. Everything from start to finish was great and I hope to return.

Across from Plaza Fernandez and 15 minutes walk to the Clock Tower and other attractions in the historical city. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast consists of a plate of fruits and one of five choices on the menu. Love the water kettle in the room. Plenty of hot water for shower. Filtered water provided in the room which can be refilled on each floor. Comfortable beds, mattress maybe a bit hard for some people but suits me just fine. Pool on the 4th floor is an added touch.

The ambience is so quiet, so relaxing, perfect blend between the old architecture and the conforts of modern days. The palms and hanging plants at the main patio are simply perfect. The hotel has vast common areas to accommodate a number of people many times over the amount of guest in the rooms which guarantee you will have your space in the common areas at all times wherever you want without feeling crowded.
