By far the best service we got in Colombia. Thanks to Gabriela for the warm welcome and for all the recommendations in Cartagena. The whole staff (Kathy and Fanny) was very nice, welcoming and always available. There is a 24h service. The hotel is well located in the Getsemani area, close to everything and still quiet enough to enjoy some relaxing time. The pool is very much welcome given the hot temperatures. The room is very clean with great local products.
The breakfast is the best breakfast we've had (pancakes de Avena are just a killer!). We definitely recommend Casa Jaguar.

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very centrally located in Getsemani, it took us 2 min to walk to Plaza de la Trinidad. Sadly we didn´t have the time to enjoy the hot tub on the patio but the views were fantastic.

Utterly charming Italian owner and his wife supported by friendly and helpful young local people. The colonial houses connected together offer individual rooms that are all different and, though not large, cosy and quiet, with a tv and fridge. The wi-fi is fast. The public areas are attractive and shady. The location is perfect - a minute’s walk from the busy, colourful and noisy centre of Getsemani but far enough away to be peaceful. We have vowed to return to enjoy the hospitality!
