The hotel is very nice and location is perfect to visit the city . We had a deluxe room with 2 double huge and very comfortable beds. The room is well decorated and furnished and has a beautiful view on the city. We profit of the spa on the balcony. You can make yourself a coffee or a tea during all the day. All the staff is very kind et professional. The cleaning ladies do a great job as the room was perfect every day. It was one of our best stay in Colombia.

The property was in a good location, close to both centro and Getsemani. The apartment was also very clean and well kept Our host was amazing. She was very responsive and helpful with a couple of questions we had etc.

Very nice apartment, almost new, with security to access the building. The rooftop pool has amazing views. Walking distance to Old Town and Getsemaní.

Within walking distance to the historic centre. Quick drive to the airport. The room is spacious and clean. Excellent communications from the hotel (albeit in Spanish). they send you information on tours that you can book through them which is really convenient. they ask you details to fill in via WhatsApp to make check-in faster. The breakfast is really cheap and very filling and lots of variety. The laundry is literally next door and they provide excellent service. Restaurants located behind the hotel are frequented by locals and are not touristy and therefore cheap but good. Safe area you can walk around at night. they pretty much have everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay in Cartagena. Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Stil and I would stay here again in future. I also like the street art on the side of the building.

The location is a bit far from the center but it's nice. Happy with the staff, the breakfast, the room and especially the mattress which was really nice.

We were moved to a nearby location just a few minutes away, which turned out to be a great upgrade. The rooms were perfect, breakfast was very good, and the staff was extremely attentive and friendly.

The entire staff was very friendly. Also their english was pretty good and it helped me alot having very limited spanish.

The hotel is well located and offers a wide range of services. It is a quick ride away from the old town and just across the beach. Rooms are quite big and everything in there is of great quality (bedding, linens, etc). The staff is extremely nice and professional and this is valid for all the staff! I have not seen anything other than smiling faces from the people holding the door for you at the entrance all the way to the cleaning staff and the receptionists. The facilities are really good but the niceness and professionalism of the staff is really what left us a mark!
