Facilities are great and privileged for the old city location. There are two pools and a jacuzzi, all with their own view and ambience.
Breakfast covered everything and was balanced and healthy. Service was great in every aspect.
The room was decorated beautifully, comfortable bed, and space.

The family is incredibly sweet and the location is perfectly situated to explore the walled city and Getsemani while in Cartagena. It’s very easy to walk everywhere you need to go while being in a quiet side street. The family was exceptionally welcoming and willing to converse, and the daughter is very bright, and fluent in English. The room is in the back of the house on the first floor with a private bathroom. Overall, the accommodation was safe, friendly, and a great place to spend a few days while exploring Cartagena.

The staff is very helpful-Jennifer helped me to talk to the transfer company to trace my mobile phone and the driver did come back. Life saver!
The location is perfect, about 50m away from the happening square.

It’s such a welcoming and warm place and feels very secure. I had a bad experience at another hotel and quickly changed bookings and was so relieved to feel safe here as a woman alone. The location is good and it’s clean.
