Super spacious and clean facilities in safe neighbourhood. Very practical with washing machine and dryer. I definitely recommend paying extra for a higher floor. The view was great and the windows are quite thin, so you might hear some noise otherwise.

Perfect location in the west side of El Poblado. We liked the area more than the east side. It was much more quiet, we felt very safe walking around - also at night (2 girls), and lots of cute restaurants and bars around. The East side is probably more the party side, so we preferred to stay in the more quiet side, it is also very quiet at night. The hotel offers coffee, tea and water for free 24 hours a day, which is great. We arrived at Christmas Eve and even got Christmas cookies! At departure they gifted us chocolate, a very nice gesture. The rooms all have their own water filter installed. The view from the rooftop pool is stunning, and the staff is super friendly and supportive!

I’m allergic to pig meat and the hotel doesn’t provide another choice for the ham. I like the eggs with ham, turkey or chicken ham, and because of this I couldn’t have the breakfast I usually have. To me the breakfast is very important!
