Everything was as expected from the description. Location was perfect. Easy check in and check out. Very comfortable room. What was unexpected was just how amazing the staff were. Nothing was a problem. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Consistent customer se4vice from both front of house and back of house. Breakfast also far exceeded our expectations.

Special accommodation at the river. We had the junior suite with the terrace which was absolutely amazing. We had high expectations and were not disappointed! Pretty, sunny view from the terrace. Very central location in the city, easy to walk everywhere. Nice interior, big room, nice view.

Beautiful small hotel in the heart of Prague on a beautiful quiet street. We could not believe that you can be so close to the Charles Bridge and have a good sleep. Very friendly guys at the reception. Large tasty breakfast. Easy to park the car. Very good value for money. It was my husband's birthday and the hotel prepared a bottle of prosecco , box of chocolates and a lovely card. Thank you! :)
