The room was very clean, the location was near the metro and provided an easy to access all the good parts of Prague, the staff was very responsive and willing to help (you can talk to them via booking chat), also it was quiet at night, I really enjoyed it and I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in vacationing in Prague.

The comfortable, friendly Hotel Orion in Vinohrady surely combines the best of a hotel and an apartment and is to be highly recommended for an outstanding stay in Prague. Well-situated in the beautiful Vinohrady neighborhood, the hotel is a few minutes walk from Namesti Miru with trams and the metro, and also close to several other tram hubs. The neighborhood is safe and pretty and has a variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and small grocery stores. The hotel offers a varied daily breakfast of eggs, meats, cheeses and pastries and a laundry service.
My husband and I spent a happy month at Hotel Orion and were very well looked after. Our sunny corner room had high ceilings and tall windows, plenty of storage and the heating worked very well. It was well stocked with crockery’ cutlery, pots and pans, clothes drier and hair drier, making us feel quite at home. The apartment was cleaned efficiently and daily with frequent linen changes by the cheerful maintenance team. The reception staff were friendly and professional and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We particularly thank Ms Kate and Mr Andre for all their help.
Many thanks to the manager Mr Jiri for his kindness in not only extending our stay when my husband fell sick but also thoughtfully making sure we could stay in the same apartment and not have to move.
We are frequent visitors to Prague and were very impressed by the service we received in Hotel Orion. We cannot wait to return later in the year.
