Everyone, especially at the reception desk, was extremely nice. Our room was large and comfortable and quiet, the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the city center but not right in the middle of it which meant we could go everywhere on foot but were not in the middle of the bustle of the city. We loved the terrace, the welcome drink, the help from the receptionist (to mail our postcards for instance, the "late departure" bathroom which allowed us to change when we came to pick up our luggage, etc. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. It was perfect!

We liked the hotel a lot. The location was perfect, the room was very comfortable (especially the beds), clean and warm. Our little one got a present on arrival, which was an excellent addition, it really made her day and the fox soft toy become her new friend ;) Location is great, we could easily reach everything with the public transport. There is also an underground parking available. It's not the cheapest, but trying to find an available parking space on the streets it's a real nightmare in this area, so we preferred to pay extra, but be comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice, especially the station with good quality coffee and fresh carrot juices were a score for us. The hotel staff was polite, informative and always helpful.

I enjoyed everything, not too far from the centre, the room was comfortable and clean, breakfasts were out of this world, have never seen anything like this. The hotel staff were super nice and friendly. Really enjoyed the bar and the food

Easy check in and check out. Staff was at the reception when we arrived and we were able to contact via WhatsApp and messages on booking. Fresh apartment with everything needed for a short or long stay. Lidl was just downstairs and opens at 7:00 from Monday - Saturday. It’s open at sundays as well, don’t know what time.

The apartment is very comfortable, it has a large sofa bed, so 3 people can easily stay there. Well-equipped kitchenette. The apartment has a washing machine, iron, hair dryer and a very good fan, which completely replaces air conditioning. On the other hand, the apartment has a very good location, a few steps to the tram stop of line 7 and 12 minutes to the Andel metro station. It is located near the metro station, also there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops nearby. Parking included in the price of the room - car exit by elevator.
