The hotel rooms were very clean, well set up, with little details and accessories that made our stay extremely pleasant and satisfying. The breakfast was beyond description. The abundance of choice made the stay even more joyful - a few kinds of freshly squeezed juice, a lot of various (I mean a lot!) of cereal, nuts, dehydrated fruits, freshly cut fruit salad, yogurt, delicatessen, salads, etc. Choice was endless!!! You could tell the food was prepared with a lot of love and delight. Staff was always available, friendly and smiling, accommodating our needs to perfection. Definitely planning to go back whenever staying in Dusseldorf. Thank you for your kind service.

We loved the easy access location to the city. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel.
The staff were amazing at storing food for us in a fridge. They were so helpful and friendly. Easy to communicate with, with us trying German and them speaking great English. It was a very pleasant stay indeed.
