A fab and comfortable hotel with great staff. The location is great. We were given a free travel card to cover public transport costs during our stay which was a great unexpected bonus. You can get to the centre of the city on the tram very quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only note is that we hadn’t realised that having coffee brought to the room had a cost (no coffee in the room) but the coffee was delicious so we didn’t mind!

Very clean, staff was very friendly and welcoming. We could understand each other even if we weren’t speaking German and they were trying their best to help us as much as they could. The rooms are beautiful and spacious; feels like a londonian cocoon in Düsseldorf.
