Mary and Arjang were in whatsapp and email communication from the start. Arjang assisted me on arrival and went out of his way to assist in my being settled. The accommodation was about a 3 minute walk to the platform I required to use for most of my travelling. Shops are about a 10-15minute walking distance. House is away from busy intersections so very quiet. Definitely would consider staying again when next in Dusseldorf

The hotel looks fancy and everything was great. The rooms looked exactly like in the photos. Beds were comfy and room was clean. In the room there are a cattle and a coffee machine with a selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate, and a tiny fridge/wine cabinet. The hotel located a bit far from the city centre, but public transport stops are a few minutes away, very convenient. We did not use the restaurant, so don't know how it was. Also there is a free parking in ~7 minutes walk from the hotel.

This lovingly family-run 3-star hotel on the banks of the Rhine is just a 10-minute drive from Düsseldorf's old town/Königsallee, the exhibition center and the airport.

I have used this hotel often and it has never failed to meet expectations. For Düsseldorf, it's my go-to hotel as it has been for over a decade. I was informed it would be modernising, but I do enjoy the loxury of the older rooms while looking forward to what the new rooms will look like.

Location is amazing👌🏻 From airport direct bus exactly coming to hotel (1 minute walk). Close to the old city and Medien Hafen. Good places to eat are close to the hotel. My personal recommendation for lunch/dinner - Bao Bao. Good breakfast in the hotel. Very nice personnel. Room is clean and good.
