It was super clean and the decor is absolutely stunning. Perfect for metal and rock fans with a metal café right underneath the room. You can hear the music in the master bedroom when you open the window but if you close it it's fine. And they provide earplugs in every room. Everything was super clean and there was enough toilet paper and stuff like that. Just 100% the best place I've ever stayed at.

The room was fine. The receptionists are very nice and helpful. Everything is very close, the Essen Hbf is a 5-minute walk, the plaza is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel
