Nicole, the receptionist was so nice, she helped me to find everything. They have daily HK, treat you like hotel guest for very reasonable price. You can have breakfast, there is also restaurant here. Rooms are clean and familiar.

All the people from hotel were extremely nice and helpful during all our stay. Breakfast was various, delicious and had also fine coffee. Even though the hotel has certainly some years, the rooms were nicely prepared and cleaned everyday. You feel spirit of family owned and preserved space inside. The place is little bit hidden, so it is also silent, which is great for good sleep. We certainly come back.

Clean, easy and straightforward check in, direct and accessible communication, understanding service, simple but well equipped room, best location, reasonably priced, less than 5 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station which is literally less than 10 minutes away from the hbf. Stayed here a few times, definitely recommend. Worth it for the money - and the biggest PLUS is the BIDET!! I was super shocked to see it in Germany, I couldn’t believe my eyes.

The room was big enough, bed was clean and comfort. Breakfast was fresh and very nice. Staff were very nice any helpful. There was Sauna and Gym included in the cost, I enjoyed my stay and gor sure will do it again.
