This small hotel is full of charm and is perfectly situated in a quiet area, yet close to the city center. The staff are incredibly friendly and provide a high level of service. The facilities are neat and clean, and the breakfast is good. Highly recommended!

The staff treated me with the outmost respect and kindness. Best service I have ever had. The view is also the best I have seen in any hotel. The room was great and my stay in the city memorable. The Skybar is well a worth a visit and the staff there knows what they are doing and are fun to talk to. Terrific breakfast as well. This Hotel is in my opinion a a lot better than the Hilton in Prague which I visited the day before. For a lower sum! I wish Melia was an option in more cities. See you again sometime!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my whole stay. They will happily store your luggage if your room is not ready yet. It was a warm atmosphere and as a solo female traveller, I felt very comfortable and safe. They gave me a few recommendations on restaurants and were able to help with all my questions. The room was very comfortable and it had all the amenities they advertised. It was very spacious. The only critique is that I wish they had kept two towels standard in the room and that there was daily refuse removal from the rooms (however if you leave the bin outside your room housekeeping will empty it). I did ask for an extra towel and they happily provided one. They kept harder pillows in the cupboard and soft ones on the bed which was perfect. I thought that this was a lovely touch. There is a vending machine downstairs that is perfect if you need water/a snack after a long day. The staff will happily give you coins for notes so you can make use of it. I would highly recommend Premier Inn again and would definitely stay here again!

It was a great stay, great location - tram stop by the entrance of the hotel, 4 stops away from the Central Train Station, 2 stops away from the Ubahn, a short walk (5 minutes) to the Skyline Plaza. The room (apartment) was super comfortable, perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids, lots of storage space. Free water (still and sparkling), 1 bag of free coffee for the coffee machine in the room, great view, clean. Nice lobby and friendly staff. Great value for money.
