I think price-performance ratio is really good. We booked the rooms last minute. The rooms were really clean and beds are comfortable. The bar and the lobby was nice and cosy. The staff was so friendly. And location in terms of public transportation is really good. Bus, metro, there are many options and it is really easy to go anywhere.

Hotel is very stylish and has a cool atmosphere. Breakfast is very good with omelette service, bread, croissants, porridge, muesli, hummus, a good variety of toppings and drinks. Bed was also good.

Newly renovated in 2018, the Mercure Hotel Hamburg City is close to centrally located attractions such as the Speicherstadt, Mehr! Theater, city centre and main train station.

We really liked this hotel and can honestly recommend it for families with children. The family room was very spacious and the kids loved the port-themed decor. They had a lot of fun with the fridge and wardrobe door working like a shipping container. Breakfast was nice and the location very convenient. I would gladly stay there again during my next visit to Hamburg.

Quite a basic room to sleep in, not so much to spend time there. Good soundproofing, quiet room. Staff was very friendly. Trains and buses stop nearby.

Rooms were perfect. Minibar was included in room price which was a great surprise for us. Location was good, 10 min walk from central train station. Breakfast was above average but still better than many hotels. Thanks!

Room was lovely, large, lots of storage & FREE softdrinks minibar was amazeballs. Staff knew where we should go, gave great recommendations and were so so friendly. Beds were sooooo comfy, HUGE fluffy pillows was a great temperature too. Location was fab for exploring a gorgeous city
